Order Process & Payment Procedure

At Sonemuwoo, we aim to make international purchasing simple, transparent, and efficient. Our ordering process is designed to allow customers to review product information, place orders conveniently, and confirm final costs before payment completion.

1. Select Products and Submit Your Order

Customers can browse available products on our Website, review product specifications, pricing, minimum order quantities, and product-specific approximated lead time message, as below

After selecting the required products, varaiables and quantities, customers may proceed to place an order through our online checkout system, The product prices displayed on our Website are valid product prices available for order placement unless otherwise stated. Please always press the button of “Add to cart” to proceed to next step, as the prices are not complete at this stage, without shipping charge and bank processing surcharge etc.,

For a non-variable product, you whe you get to the product page, you may see default quantity of 1, but when you click the button of “Add to cart” you will see a note “Value must be greater of equal to specific number”, which means the MOQ of this product is not reached. so at this stage, you may either contact us by sending an email to sales@sonemuwoo.com or update the quantity to the MOQ level and proceed to next page.

On the cart page, You will see “Required Delivery Date”, which allows you to enter your required delivery date in a time frame of 60 days, then please click “Proceed to Checkout” instead of Pay with Paypal.

On next page, you will be automatically redirected to Exwork Tab with doesn’t memorize your required delivery date entered from the previous page, so please click the Pick Tab and then go back clicking the Exwork Tab to enable the system refresh and record your required delivery date message which will then be put on the order email sent to us after you clicking the “Place Order” Button.

Also, if you want to put any message or requirement, you can enter them at the “Add a note to your order” section at the bottom of this checkout page, Please enter whatever message you would like to send to us, we will be more than happy to received them, review/check and get back to you ASAP.

2. Order Review and Confirmation

After receiving your order, We will review the order details, including:

• Product availability
• Order quantity
• Production Lead times
• Required Ship date and other logistics requirements
• Your quantity requirements if applicable.
• Destination information
• Applicable payment method and related charges

If any additional information is required, our team will contact you for confirmation and send out message replying to your queries in 24 hours after receiving your submission.

An online order submission does not represent final acceptance until Sonemuwoo confirms the order details.

3. Product Quantity and Customized Requirements

The quantity shown on each product page before proceeding to cart and checkout represents the default minimum order quantity (MOQ) for that product.

However, we understand that customers may have different requirements depending on their projects, testing purposes, business plans, or market needs.

Customers are welcome to either (1) Enter your requirement by placing an order as abovementioned or (2) Contat us by email before placing the order, stating your message including but not limited to the followings :

• Different quantities
• Customized purchasing arrangements
• Special packaging requirements
• Other specific commercial solutions

We will review each request and provide the most suitable solution whenever possible.

4. Shipping Arrangement and Additional Charges

The product prices displayed on Sonemuwoo do not include shipping charges unless specifically stated.When placing an order, customers may add notes requesting Sonemuwoo to arrange shipping and specify payment method to proceed, so that we can update the order accordingly.

After receiving the order and reviewing the destination, shipment details, required delivery date and preferred delivery requirements and prefered payment method etc., we will then be able to calculate relevant costs and update the order accordingly.

Customers will be informed of the final order amount, including any applicable additional charges, before completing payment.

5. Payment Options

Sonemuwoo currently supports the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Card Payment

Customers may choose PayPal as a convenient international payment method.

Bank Transfer

Any applicable payment handling charges will be communicated before final payment confirmation.

Bank transfer charges is the lowest among the three methods, which may vary depending on the sending bank, intermediary banks, receiving bank, currency, and destination country. 1‰ of the account transfer amount (CNY50.00 per transaction at the lowest or CNY260.00 per transaction at the highest)+cable charge.
Cable charge: CNY150.00 per transaction( CNY80.00 per transaction for remittance to Hongkong and Macao). Foreign currency equivalent (between cash account and exchange account) is collected based on the exchange rates published by BOC.

6. Final Payment Confirmation

Once all order details are confirmed, including:

• Product price
• Quantity
• Shipping arrangement
• Payment method
• Applicable charges

Sonemuwoo will provide the final payment amount and payment instructions.

The order will be updated and sent to you so that you can proceed to pay by chosing one of the three payment methods abovementioned, and we will proceed after payment has been successfully received or according to the agreed payment terms.

7. Production, Preparation, and Delivery

After payment confirmation, Sonemuwoo will arrange product preparation, supplier coordination, and shipment according to the confirmed order requirements.

Estimated lead times are provided for reference only and may vary due to:

• Transportation conditions
• Customs procedures
• Other factors beyond reasonable control
